I was recommended by my neighbour to chat to Charmaine about taking on my flat, as she had beenlooking after my neighbour's one for some years already.Charmaine is a very bubbly and charming lady, who I felt instantly comfortable with.We discussed various ideas for what I might do with my flat to make it more attractive, and she came upwith a genius idea to convert it from a one-bedroom to two bedroom.She found the right builders and at a price that seemed very reasonable. The whole process was made tofeel very easy. Charmaine and her team has my best interests at heart and I feel they fight my corner for me.Ever since, she has always been at the end of a phone line and always willing to help.She also has a good team behind her and they take care of everything.I highly recommend Silver Lining Apartments' service...I feel in very good hands.
