Property DetailsThese well-presented properties are situated on the Grassmarket, with a studio style main bedroom and second that boasts bunk beds, the apartments are perfect for families and groups of friends. All main sleeping areas are separated from the lounge and the 2nd bedroom is independent making the apartments perfect for some guests to unwind while others sleep. Each modern bathroom is well proportioned with a bath and shower. Fully-equipped kitchens include everything you need to allow for a self-contained stay. This apartment is available at a 2 person rate and will only be set up as a double. The second bedroom and extra bunk beds are available at a surcharge. Please note that is no lift access in the building and some apartments are on higher floors. Please note that due to the central location of this apartment, there may be occasional noise. The apartment is located in the heart of the famous Edinburgh Old Town, with traditional Scottish bars & restaurants at your doorstep. Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh Waverley & Princes Street are only a short walk away.

I was recommended by my neighbour to chat to Charmaine about taking on my flat, as she had beenlooking after my neighbour's one for some years already.Charmaine is a very bubbly and charming lady, who I felt instantly comfortable with.We discussed various ideas for what I might do with my flat to make it more attractive, and she came upwith a genius idea to convert it from a one-bedroom to two bedroom.She found the right builders and at a price that seemed very reasonable. The whole process was made tofeel very easy. Charmaine and her team has my best interests at heart and I feel they fight my corner for me.Ever since, she has always been at the end of a phone line and always willing to help.She also has a good team behind her and they take care of everything.I highly recommend Silver Lining Apartments' service...I feel in very good hands.
