I was recommended by my neighbour to chat to Charmaine about taking on my flat, as she had beenlooking after my neighbour's one for some years already.Charmaine is a very bubbly and charming lady, who I felt instantly comfortable with.We discussed various ideas for what I might do with my flat to make it more attractive, and she came upwith a genius idea to convert it from a one-bedroom to two bedroom.She found the right builders and at a price that seemed very reasonable. The whole process was made tofeel very easy. Charmaine and her team has my best interests at heart and I feel they fight my corner for me.Ever since, she has always been at the end of a phone line and always willing to help.She also has a good team behind her and they take care of everything.I highly recommend Silver Lining Apartments' service...I feel in very good hands.
I've used Charmaine for the last 3 years to find me suitable tenants for my flat during the Edinburgh festival and she has always provided the perfect tenants. The flat has always been left in perfect condition and the tenants have always been respectful to the neighbours, which as a landlord is very important to me. I would highly recommend Charmaine and her team if you are considering using an agent for short or longer term rentals on your property.
Silver Lining have been looking after my flats in the Grassmarket area for the past 3 years. Every time I pop by, I am always very impressed at how well they are looked after. I would definitely recommend staying in a Silver Lining flat when visiting Edinburgh or renting your property with Silver Lining if you are a landlord.
In January of 2015, i stayed in the photos apartment with my family. All i have to say is, that the apartment it's wonderfull, it's the best location i could ask for, and it's so warm and confy... we all loved it. We'll return to Edinburgh, and then we'll definitly choose the same apartment!! Great value for money!!
