Halloween is such a fun and loving holiday. It’s hard not to get into all the festivities that revolve around it! Pumpkin picking, pumpkin carving, pumpkin spice lattes…are you tired of pumpkins yet? One of the many most enjoyable activities to get prepared for Halloween is, of course, Halloween movies.

We’ve broken down 5 the greatest movies into a binge-watching guide for you.

1. “Hocus Pocus” – is a 1993 American comedy horror fantasy film. “Hocus Pocus” comical and extremely entertaining, while of course having everything spooky included as well. A perfect Disney movie to watch on Halloween Day.

2. “Casper” will go down in history as the Halloween movie. Who could forget Casper the Friendly Ghost? Casper peacefully haunts a small house and becomes close with the girl living there. The movie centres around their relationships and the complications that come from Casper being a ghost and Casper’s obnoxious ghost uncles who cause havoc whenever possible. This movie is a good-hearted, family-friendly movie perfect for the holiday.

3. “The Addams Family” – There are a lot of little smiles in “The Addams Family,” and many chuckles and grins, but they don’t add up to much. The ghoulish family lives in a many-turreted gothic mansion, next to its own graveyard, on a blasted heath where nothing grows except for dead things. Great movie for Halloween.

4. “The Nightmare Before Christmas” is basically the epitome of Halloween. Jack Skellington, Pumpkin King of Halloweentown, gets bored of Halloween and finds a new holiday: Christmas. Watching the citizens of Halloweentown discover a whole new realm of Christmas is entertaining, and it makes a great story.

5. Ghostbusters – is definitely one of the all-time classic sci-fi comedies ever made! This movie is all about entertainment. The story is about 3 paranormal professors Venkman, Ray & Egon. After being kicked out from the University, they started a new business and named themselves Ghostbusters. Perfect for Halloween.
